Refund Policy

Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, email us at orders@meridianuniforms.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items, sale items or gift cards. For any questions about specific items, please contact us.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please complete a return first. Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at orders@meridianuniforms.com.
